Bank made a huge mistake. These guys came towed the vehicle on a Friday at 3 o'clock when they close at 430 on Memorial Day weekend when we called to get the car back after we made a $1700 payment to the bank, they told us to go fuck off they would hold the car until Tuesday when they got back to work charging me another $175. just like most tow companies they're Shiesty lowlife scumbags

Several Months ago I was having some challenging financial times and ended up having a vehicle repossessed with Nebraska Auto Recovery being the towing service in the Des Moines area. I went through the proper steps. Settled everything with my back, and should have had my vehicle returned within a day or two.
When it came time to pick my truck up I was told that they could not release it to me because it was locked in their compound/ garage and their garage door would not open. No big deal, I understand things happen and they rent the building. I was promised this would be fixed within 3 days. I agree to this. 3 days go by and I called again to inquire about my truck. I was told the garage door was still broken and they had no way to fix it but it should only be another day, two at the most. I was starting to lose patience but I once again agreed.
Two more days go by and I called again to pick my truck up, mind you we are now a full week in from losing my truck. I was told once again that they had no way of knowing when the door would be fixed. At this time I had to give up the vehicle I had been borrowing. I asked if I could at least have the location of my truck or if they could help with a rental or u we fees. I was told that this isn’t their fault, they don’t own the building and everyone was in the same boat. Mind you I was already experiencing difficult times financially. All I was asking was that they had been paid for a week, refused to release my truck, and refused to help at all. I then spent two days paying my own **** fees just to get back and forth to work. Helping out with those would have gone along way at the time. Instead they held my truck a full 9 days after it should have been released and made my life exponentially more difficult than it already was.
My life is much improved several months later. I honestly want nothing more than an apology at this point. The manager I’m Nebraska was very rude and unhelpful the entire process.
