10/2/24 my property management recently had cars towed when they were doing work on our roads/parking lots in our neighborhood. We usually get paper notifications taped to our doors when we need to move our vehicles for them; we did not get a notice this time. They had L&I tow us, thankfully just across the street to their lot. The process to get my car back although expensive, was also fairly painless, which was the only positive thing from this experience. Upon retrieving my car, I notified them that they had done damage to my car, the front passenger side (by the wheel well). I was still on their property when they were notified, like 2 minutes later. The owner wasn’t present and I was told they’d call me the next day, which never happened. I’ve left several messages (in person and on phone), sent an email and now have had to contact my insurance company to let them know what was happening. Fingers crossed insurance was able to get a hold of them, because I sure as heck can’t.

Horrible Experience. My apartment complex has rules for parking in the public spaces around the building. L&I Is very inconsistent with following these rules. Sometimes they tow people sometimes they don’t. They cannot tow out of basement garages because they don’t have a tow truck that can pull a vehicle out of the garage. They have a contract with our company and told me that I am not able to call someone else due to the contract. So basically I am SOL and will need to park my car outside during the storm due to someone else parking in my spot. Also, predatory drivers take cars that are parked temporarily in a non parking zone outside of apartment complexes they have contract with. Parked my car for less than 10 minutes to get a jacket from my place and they towed me. Do not recommend

The situation in which we were unable to tow the vehicle parked in your garage spot at your apartment complex was due to the fact that the only truck we have that fits in the garage was unavailable at that very moment. Once the truck became available, we were able to tow the vehicle. Your garage has a very low clearance and most of our trucks are taller than the ability to fit. It is not predatory of us to follow clear cut rules and guidelines to tow out of a NO PARKING ZONE. In no parking zones, it doesn't matter how long you park there. It says no parking for a reason. These are private property guidelines. I am sorry this was an inconvenience, we were just doing our job.

I must commend your towing company for consistently proving that incompetence isn't just a hobby but a full-time commitment. Returning the car you unlawfully snatched after being explicitly instructed not to tow by the apartment complex themselves must feel like a rare moment of cognitive coherence amidst your habitual bumbling. Bravo on momentarily grasping the concept of listening, even if it took a legal threat to jog your memory.

This review is very vague. I am sorry if you encountered an inconvenience with our company. We are human and our driver's have made mistakes. We grow from each one. I am happy to hear the situation and mistake was rectified from what I am gathering. We pride ourselves in honesty and we are not defined by negative perspectives or our mistakes. We ensure to correct this, as we did with you. Thank you for your feedback.

This company is using the college world series to unlawfully tow cars when you are lawfully allowed to be parked there. The time stamp on my daughters car tracker clearly shows her arrival time. The car was in a 2 hour guest spot for the apartment complex my daughter lives in. She was in it for less than 1 hour while she ran in to change and they towed the car anyway. Then the driver said he would give it back if she gave the $100 which she didnt give him. So now she has to pay $200 for lawfully parking which we can prove! Horrible company, Scammers out to rip people off! I'm gonna take them to court for unlawful towing.
