  My elderly grandfather called AAA for a tow for his vehicle to a repair shop. Buddy's towing provided the tow. The driver dropped the vehicle off to Superior Honda (during business hours) at the last stall, leaving the key fob in the vehicle. He did not follow “protocol” and put the key in the drop box and also failed to notify anyone the vehicle was at Honda. The vehicle was stolen the same night. The driver admitted he left the key fob in the vehicle. It took Robert (owner) 3 weeks to respond to our calls asking how he planned to rectify the situation (provide his insurance) since his driver’s negligible led to the vehicle being stolen. Robert believes he has zero responsibility and is refusing to help in this matter and Robert is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’m sad that there are companies and people unwilling to do the right thing for an elderly couple without a vehicle due to his driver’s negligence.

  This guy doesn't deserve to receive any stars triple A uses this company which is either a mistake or they just don't have another option we were stuck on the highway out of state from kansas the call was made around 930 pm traffic was crazy so we made the decision to stay in a motel until we were contacted finally around 130 am we were contacted by buddys and he asked if we were still with the car my girlfriend was talking to him and made the remark that it had been over 4 hours he cursed at her and told her to go to hell basically leaving people stranded horrible human being my advice don't call buddys tow in omaha nebraska ps I couldn't post this without at least one star

  NO stars for this company and the owner. He was a total jerk and interrupted me and told me to stop talking-he was asking the questions. He said he did not have time to tow me until 8 the next morning--over 12 hours from my accident. He said he did not care about my circumstance if I had an issue call AAA. I said I would and that he was not coming to tow my car with that attitude. I called AAA and they said he was the only one that would contract for them in the entire Omaha Metro area and has many complaints against him. NEVER use him. The tow truck that did arrive was professional, timely and very kind and said that Buddy's is known to be no good. I am also cancelling my AAA membership for such poor service and response.

  Divers lied multiple times to AAA Dispatch stating they had contacted me when they never did, couldn't locate the vehicle when it hasn't moved since the first service call, stated that I personally talked to a driver and told them I didn't have any legal documentation to prove the vehicle was mine (which I do, and again never spoke to anyone at Buddys) and just in general gave me a very hard time trying to recover my vehicle in an already stressful situation. I have had to file complaints with both AAA and The BBB, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this tow companys service.

  Had a flat they fixed it quick within 25 minutes on the side of I-80 at 9:30 at night. Would highly recommend

  I was in a parking lot flashing my lights, he drove off when my friend got in her car to go tell him he said he called me which he didn’t and then said he was too busy and speed off almost hitting a car when he turned. It’s so sad now I have to wait 2 more hours for another tow.

  ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are verbally abusive, they tow vehicles illegally. Filed police report as the man was cussing at me and my husband. Omaha police were present when he was screaming at me. I will file a complaint with triple AAA. Please don't use this company.

  This was a private property tow away.. this was at 50th and Underwood in Omaha the tow was requested by the owner of *********.. the woman was extremely abusive argumentative and did not want to pay the tow fee which was $185.50 as the city of Omaha States and mandates.. the owner of ********* was there and present when we towed the vehicle at the request.. she did call the police and then police informed her that she was wrong and we were right and she had to pay to get her vehicle so she's very upset. If you'd like to discuss this with me you could please call me at ************. We have been a part of Better Business bureau for many years and if you look you have never seen these kinds of plant complaints about our company in the past this is one client that was upset and is really pushing the issue because the police told her she was in the wrong.. thank you for letting me submit my side..Robert *******
