MY SON'S CAR WAS TOWED FROM HIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HE LIVES THERE WAS DRIVING A FAMILY MEMBERS CAR WAS THERE TO PICK OP A CHILD WAS IN THE HOUSE FOR 10 MINS COME OUT CAR IS GONE .PARKING LOT IS NOT NUMBERD AND THE CARS DO NOT HAVE PARKING STICKERS LIKE THE LEASE SAYS AND NO TOWING SIGNS POSTED STATING WHO IS TOWING ALSO IN THE LEASE IT SAYS A PLACE TO PARK FOR VISITORS AND THERE IS NONE SO MY QUESTION IS HOW DID THE TOW DRIVER KNOW THAT CAR WAS IN VIOLATION ,AND ALL SO THE PROPERTY THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE CAR WHILE THE CAR WAS IN THE TOW YARDS CUSTODY SOME ONE WENT THREW THE CAR TOOK MONEY AND MENY OTHER THINGS TO MENY TO LIST ,PLUS DAMAGED THE CAR UNDER SIDE .NOT GOOD MENY THINGS NOT MATCHING UP AND I DO THINK SOME LAWS WERE BROKE WHEN THIS CAR WAS TAKEN .

This is in response to your complaint regarding your sons vehicle that was towed. We understand having a vehicle impounded is frustrating and upsetting and never a good experience but, we truly strive for perfection in our customer service and professionalism. We take the time and care in all areas of our job duties and this is taken very seriously so, if possible we would like more information on the vehicle impounded and the property it was towed from in order to look into this. We take all feedback very seriously and to accurately respond to your complaint if you could please provide us that additional information. As far as the theft and the damage each and every tow is recorded and our lot is also recorded 24/7 from the start to the end of tow your vehicle is under surveillance. We also take photos prior to touching the vehicle and if you were afraid of damage we should of been made aware before taking the vehicle off the lot. Also, when we are on property we are at your vehicle for quite sometime as we take photos very thoroughly and the process of hook up and photographs is about 20 minutes. This allows time for owners to come out and speak with us and we are able to release on the spot. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns and we will look into your complaint thoroughly after you provide additional information in order for us to look into this.
