      I just paid $113.10 service charge on TWO tickets to a play that I no longer want to go to! AND I CAN'T CANCEL THEM! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.

      I went to purchase 2 tickets to a local musical show. I did not see the $111.80 service fee or the mobile charge of $6.95 until after my charge went through. Nor did I see a no refund policy. The tickets themselves are 2x what the local box office was selling the ticket for. They informed me there was no refunds and I could get their help to sell the tickets (they actually didn't have until later in the day). The post purchase disclaimer said they can also be a different set of seats. I requested a cancellation and refund and they refused. I asked for a supervisor (none existed) and it's a total sham! I am in such a bad mood I don't even want to go. Please shut this place down, total fraud and a RIP OFF!!

      I wanted 3 tickets to a play. Their invoice charged 6. I asked them to correct the amount and they refused. They told me to sell the extra tickets privately. I'm 90 years old and not about to sell theater tickets. Besides the price per ticket is well over the box office price. Their website is deceitful. It appears as though you are dealing with the theatre. Customer satisfaction is horrendous.

      I was looking to buy 2 tickets to a Led Zeppelin cover band at my local theatre (Sunrise Theatre). The Search came up with Sunrise Theatre Tickets with a sub heading "Box Office". I clicked on thinking on was on the Theatres home page. It asked how many tickets and I selected 2. It then showed prices. They were higher than normal for that type of show and venue but I figured everything is higher now. I selected $109 (which I assumed was for the 2 tickets it asked me to select). It said select here to buy tickets. I did and the price came up to $288.00 with a note saying "all sales final". These were $30.00 - $40.00 tickets. The venue wasn't sold out and had plenty of tickets left. The prices were $30 - $40 - $50 dollars depending on seat. I bought through PayPal and thought I'd let them handle it. PayPay said it was all legit and they couldn't do anything about it. I'm in Florida and there is no Ticket-Scalping law so I'm probably screwed. I think it's pretty deceptive to advertise like they do and I still don't have an explanation of how $109 x 2 = $288.00.

      Am also terribly concerned about this company. I purchased tickets thru the Kravits Center web and was directed to this apparently fraudulent company's chat with someone named shweta all in underscore. Hum? I payed extra for overnite. Order was place on 4/14/2023. shweta wrote they would be mailed on the 4/29/23 Performance is on 5/2/23 Am so sorry I didn't read your revues first. Don't know what to do now. Charge has already been posted to my Amex called them and they said I have to wait or try calling them to start a dispute. Never again!
