This dealership is the only RV dealership I've ever encountered to services what they sell with integrity. Last year I bought a 23 Wolf Pup and most unfortunately, there was a leak in the roof. It wasn't major, but it was clearly a manufacturing defect. From the time I noticed the issue until the time of complete repair (under warranty at no charge) about 18 hours in total had elapsed. AC Nelsen RV World, and their qualified and capable service department did their job flawlessly. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. After all, they've been around for over 100 years. They should know how to fix these thing! Thank you Mr Nelsen!

If I could give a negative score I would. We purchased aa brand-new trailer last year. We had a laundry list of issues wrong with it. Including AC does not work correct, blue tooth not working, fridge not sealed correct, Blank tank sticks after use, leaf brings flat, shower was not sealed, Chair and fireplace had issues. Solar panel not working, Hitch went bad, Awning leaking over were mount TV. Back up camera not working. Most molding loose and lower skirting is wavey and pulling away in spots. Upper molding pulling away and they told me wear and tear. Was less then year old and wear and tear. This is just a few items. Took back to service and they had the camper longer than we did. When we got it back was not all fixed like we were told. We have been arguing no stop to get it fixed. We have talked to 8 different people who all keep passing the buck. The service there is horrible, and no one cares to help us. Supposed to have an appointment today at 11 to come to us to get fixed but still has not shown up at 2pm and no phone call. No one can tell you what's going on. Has been almost 2 years and still fighting to get things fixed. Not only poor quality built and Forrest River should be ashamed of that product along with Alpha wolf. But the dealership who sells it not willing to help either. Stay away from AC Nelson.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NO INTEGRITY!! Drove over 2000 miles one way to purchase a trailer. It took me a long time to find it, nothing available locally. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. NO/LOUSY customer service. Put down a deposit, it was then me, calling, attempting to communicate. There are many questionable business practices at the dealership. The Attorney General will be contacted. For example, why, when paying cash for a $999 hitch, does that amount show in the purchase price of the trailer? And why, when asked, can't I get a receipt for the cash hitch purchase? Sketchy, don't you think? Then, I find out when I get back to Arizona that flaws that were "supposedly fixed" were not. The dealer lied. Feel free to contact me for more additional information. The service tech Matt was good.

Terrible feeling from them I really wanted to use A.C. Nelsen to purchase my camper I put $500 down on one and found one I just love thought it was at A.C.Nelsen I was driving there and found out it was at a private owned and after 16 days of holding my check I called them about buying one not from them the check was cashed the next day. My purchase agreement says terms and conditions on the other side, I have nothing on the other side. I talk to service advisor and he said he’ll get my money back that was 2 months ago
