    This relocation company was a benefit for our recent job transfer that became the nightmare that never improved no matter who we communicated with on the team. They are very deceiving and unethical in their misleading and mishandling of the clients they are supposed to serve! Never again!! I would rather move one box at a time by myself cross country than to speak with this company ever again!! Run!!

    NEI’s role as a relocation management company is to administer our corporate clients’ relocation policies according to established protocols outlined by our clients. Managing between 15,000 and 18,000 employee relocations each year, NEI coordinates services through vetted partners who align with our values, have experience with relocation, and conduct business in an ethical manner . Because each relocation is unique, there were several instances where the NEI Account Executive consulted with the client to ensure we were communicating the proper expectation and guidance to Mr. and Mrs. M*****. Unfortunately, there were damages to both their home and belongings during the pack and load process of their household goods move. We have confirmed that known damages were addressed by the van line and the claim finalized. NEI will continue to engage with the M*****s, our client and service partners to ensure the remainder of the benefits are also closely managed. It is NEI’s mission to provide exceptional service in all circumstances and we regret that we did not meet the M*****s’ expectations.
