Moved in 3 weeks ago and having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a huge selling point. We get moved in and right off the bat, the dishwasher does work correctly; you have to push the cycle buttons for each cycle and then press start. It does not clean/rinse dishes well and does not dry dishes no matter if you use heat option or not.
Washing machine has not worked since we moved in but did not realize it for a week. I noticed soap on clothing and some items were not as clean as they should have been so I stuck some scissors into the door lock so that I could watch was happening and the machine does not agitate but makes a noise. Probably the motor?? I originally submitted maintenance request for the dishwasher and the guy came the next day. Not sure he did anything because dishwasher still did not work. He left copy of work order but I could not read it at all.
I have put in 2-3 requests for the washer and when the guy finally showed up, he wasn't here 10 minutes when he got an 'emergency call' about a water leak at another unit so he left and that was the last we seen anyone.
When I went into the office to speak with them in person, they seemed uninterested in anything that I had to say and simply did not care. Could barely come up with an excuse as to why no one has fixed anything; people out sick and they are backed up. Funny thing is, I had dropped off a letter stating the issues of the dishwasher and washer so I knew they knew exactly what I was talking about. They just don't care. Why should someone pay $1600 plus a month for 'amenities' they cannot even use? I wish I had paid more attention to the online reviews of The Pointe Apartments that I read online. They really do not fix anything.
    EXTREME BUYER'S REMORSE.

Tricia J**** is a crooked woman. I would avoid these apartments at all costs - they won’t even fix my damn washing machine I’ve complained about since moving in here! Red flag. Stay away. Worst type of customer service you can deal with.
