    Our family had a very disappointing service with Shantel. I found Shantel when looking to book a family session for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. The pictures on her website and prices (see attached photo) seemed perfect. When it came time to view and purchase the photos is when the problems started. The prices Shantel presented us with were no where close to the prices listed on her website. Shantels website states digital print images start at $40 each, Shantel is now charging $250 each. When we discussed the price difference with Shantel her response was, “oh those prices are outdated and I don’t use those prices anymore”. Very disappointing. If you don’t use those prices any longer than you need to update your website. We paid $700 for our session fee, and will only be getting two images that we purchased and two images that Shantel threw in. Pretty unprofessional, false advertising, and shady business practices.
