My grandmother died and refused to give me an extension to pay my bill in 5 days. The rep said.." Their turning off everybody"...That is SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FIR. Where was the empathy. Out if 5 agents including the supervisor no one showed or cared. One rep told me I had to pay ab e tra $*** that was quoted. Their scammers, unapologetic and relentless. Hope when this happens to their family, the reap what they all have Sown.

MUD Supervisor for Training and Quality Assurance reached out to the customer to arrange a workable payment plan, given her current circumstances, and the customer has indicated that she is satisfied with the arrangement.
