    I reserved 2 guys for 2 hours to help load my belongings into a trailer….only 1 guy showed up almost 45 minutes late. He was trying to do all the work himself and ended up ruining my couch. He would’ve damaged many of my other belongings if my dad and I did not step in to help. Since my dad and I did majority of the work, and the other help didn’t show up, the owner offered to refund me the full amount I paid. After many calls and texts, I have not received my refund. I unfortunately have to submit a charge back through my credit card company. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and does not care about their customers belongings. I would go with any other moving company in the area.

    ***BEWARE*** Hired MMS on Feb 27, 2023 for a move and paid a $300 deposit the same day. They were to arrive on March 5 at 11am. At 1240 I sent a text that they were over 1.5 hours late with no contact At 2:11 I asked for a refund as we still had not contact and wouldn't need them any longer There were several attempts at calling as well, at approx 3pm I received a call from them that there was a problem with their last move and "the police had his phone" and he promised to refund 3/5 4:40pm asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/6 9:30 PM asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/7 They replied that they were in North Dakota and would refund that afternoon 3/8 requested the refund again Yesterday asked again and still no refund, and no communication.

    Moving made NOT smooth. First I'll preface this by saying I understand things come up and schedules can change. I'm pretty adaptable. I had the WORST experience with Ken and his company. I called and scheduled my move (it was a 2 stop move with a treadmill at each stop) and initially booked 1 stop with 3 men for a couple hours. Went out of my way to ensure I received their confirmation email with invoice. Noticed they even charged more for labor than what was on the website. Then I called back to add a stop and then another hour as I wanted to be sure to block out enough time. Asked about the labor rates and was told they changed and then asked if I was okay with that. Said sure. Thought everything was good. Then on the Thursday before I received a confirmation call from the company confirming my move and time. I then called back Friday to ensure the team had tools to move the equipment and detach the guard rails. I was assured they carried tools and it would be okay.

    Fast forward to the day of the move. I had already reserved a truck and coordinated schedules for 3 people to make this happen. I show up at the initial stop at 10am. No one is there. I decide to call the company at 10:10am to check status and was informed by Ken he was just about to call me and let me know if scheduling mishap. He totally threw his office manager under the bus. In a calm way I expressed my disappointment as I rented a truck and coordinated schedules. After going back and forth for a few minutes and with Ken offering to now do the move for free, I asked one more time - can you get this move done today and if so what time? I was assured by Ken that yes they could get the move done today and it would be between 1 and 2pm. To call him in an hour to check status. I called in an hour and Ken was like it's looking like 2pm. Said he would call me. I called ***** changed my drop off time and coordinated schedules again. 130pm comes around and I haven't heard from Ken. I called. No answer as
