    I would not recommend this moving company! Customer service is very poor. Hidden charges and poor estimate of time needed to complete move from a small 2 bedroom apartment. Final cost was $******.**! Comparable movers may have been about $*****. At *** dollars an hour, they seem pretty slow moving. My daughter was verbally told it would be a *** dollar deposit yet *** dollars was charged to her credit card. They overcharged us by an hour for our move and said they would rework the total but never did. When I tried to contact them, they didn’t return my call or my daughter’s texts. . Resolved the issue by going through the fraudulent report department at my bank. Hopefully the company will credit the *** dollars they overcharged us. They finally contacted my daughter after I filed the complaint at my bank.

    Moved 5 items was quoted $250
    per hr min of 2 hrs then was charged $20 as a fee and then another $186 in mileage. None of the extra fees were quoted by customer service.
    I was told I didn’t read the entire contract. They were also more than 4hrs past the expected move time. The two young men were very pleasant and efficient the only pleasant part of the whole experience

    I hired them to move 4 items, couch,desk,dinning room table with 6 chairs & a card table ! No call ahead of time of arrival, they were 15 min late ! They must have hired the 2 men from help inc. they had no clue about what they were doing asking me about how to take items apart ! After an hour they called their boss said they needed help ? He showed up about 30 min. Later, then loaded up everything ! Long story short this was a terrible experience ! Called & talked to Kayla and told her about my concerns, ******************************** she said that Terell the owner would call me, no call as of this writing ! They do not respect the customers inconvenience and at the end of the day i should have rented a truck & hired two men off the street & saved myself 300.00 bucks ! If u want a bad experience & to be totally stressed out definitely hire this company ! What a JOKE !
