These people lowered my credit score. I was not told I was applying for a commercial credit card. I sat at the desk and gave them some information to see if I would qualify for no-interest financing. I walked out without buying a bed. 5 days later I received a Wells Fargo credit card in the mail with a 9200$ limit! Unacceptable!

On December 26, 2024, when you visited our store, you asked about our 0% financing options, which are offered through Wells Fargo directly and not Snooze Mattress Company. Once you scanned the QR code to visit the Wells Fargo website, you were presented with the disclosures, entered your personal information to apply for the financing, and were approved for $9,200. We want to clarify that the Wells Fargo card you received is not a general-purpose commercial credit card. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.
