    AC went out after a storm on a Wednesday night, company was contacted the following day. They did not service us until Friday, and said they would try to find a part and call us back, they did not. They then said they would be here Monday between 3-5 they never called, and then would not return our calls or call us when they said they would. We have been without AC for 6 days now in 95+ degree heat with 3 pets who are getting heat exhaustion, terrible company, they take your money and run.

    Used them for a few services and would have been a 4 star for communication and results. When my AC died during the hottest days I asked them to diagnose and fix it. They reviewed and made a recommendation. After not returning several calls and texts, I had to engage someone else. If they would had at least contacted me and been up front, it would have been different. Since it took a week or two to determine that, my family and pets suffered with the heat.
