    Our technician was great. Lwe was fantastic. He explained everything and gave us options. Wasn’t pushy. And McCarthy H&A was also fantastic. They kept us informed as to their arrival time. Thank you Lwe for the wonderful service.

    Jacob - uninstalled and then reinstalled the humidifier on my furnace. He correctly attached the water inlet and screwed the inlet back on the humidifier. It works perfect now!! D.Hirsch
