    I called the comfort advisors to give me a quote on a full system replacement. my old system was showing some signs of age. I talked to a few other companies beforehand. The comfort advisors were very easy to talk to and didnt try to upsell unlike some others. The guys came right on time and replaced both my furnace and ac. I was given a lot of helpful tips on maintenance and things to look out for with the new equipment. If you are looking for a good reliable business that treats the customers right go no further. The comfort advisors will be your best bet for honest work at a great price.

    They were sent to me by the home warranty Company and The work they did was OK on two different service calls, but I have called five times trying to get an itemized invoice from the work they did on June 24 to file with the paperwork for an estate for the Douglas County Court and it seems to be a very difficult procedure to look up The work that was done on their computer and send me an invoice. I have finally given up and told the estate’s attorney that they will just have to use the home warranty claim to back up the work that was done.

    Not trustworthy and not professional in their business practices. My air conditioning quit working in June. They first responded on June 18th and did nothing for 5 days because they disagreed with my home warranty company. I contacted them repeatedly and they made commitments for appointments and failed to keep them. (I have an electronic record of these items.) The weather had heat indexes from 98 to 124 during that period. I talked with the owner about how serious my need was and all he did was complain about my home warranty company and because he said his receptionist didn't have the right to make the commitments she made to me. I finally gave up on Comfort Advisors, hired my own company (who resolved the issue the next morning), and reported Comfort Advisors to the Nebraska Attorney General. The Attorney General's office responded and worked as a go-between to try to get the service fee returned to me that I had paid Comfort Advisors on their first meeting at my home. The Attorney General's office has since contacted me saying the funds would be sent to me in the mail - that was over two weeks ago and I have received nothing from Comfort Advisors. I recommend people steer clear of this business. I would give them a zero if I could!

    They are great, I really plan to continue using them in the future. Very reasonable and very dependable and most of all-- very honest. Easy to communicate with. It's not often that you get all of those good qualities all in one business.

    I had them for the first time today to service my 3 furnaces. The owner, Michael Bland, did an excellent job of explaining what he saw. They are the only company to vacuum in the furnace ever.

    Had Comfort Advisors out for a first time servicing in a new home. Very friendly, explained everything he was seeing and what we could expect from the units in the future. Extremely reasonably priced and transparent. The owner walked us through everything and showed us video of the interior of the system.
    We will plan to sue Comfort Advisors as our primary heating and cooling servicing company.

    I have used this company several times (our AC is ancient.) The owner has always come out and is very thorough, takes time to explain everything, and seems very knowledgeable. I highly recommend
