      My mother is going on her 3rd set of hearing aides from this company.
      They have billed her from June 2023 for hearing aides that have not been delivered, expecting payment.
      All she wants is something that works - not always an Up-SALE. Now they are tacking on interest with a charge, when before she wrote a check for her purchase in the past.
      It appears they are just looking to squeeze more money from the elderly.
      They dole out the batteries in small batches - and are always changing dates on delivery.
      They have not returned any of my voice mails, since they do not answer the phone for the Omaha location.
      I have notified the company - HealthiPlan to cancel this account she did not agree to.
      I give this company a failing grade
