After leaving a review S&W decided to respond and throw their estimator under the bus. Let me be clear the entire company failed. The estimator came out quickly to review the property, then we had a baby so my part to respond was delayed. When i did get back to the company i had to constantly call to get any communication, had to chase SW down to give them money, never got anything scheduled or any updates that i didn't have to contact their office for, found out from the estimator that the office never related any of that to her, which is also BS because they were on the email chains, and when I cancelled the relationship and requested a refund was given a weak statement regarding how they would ask management. After no movement and further no communication I filled a chargeback with my card company because i didn't get the refund.

It's important to us that our customers are more than satisfied, and it seems we missed the mark here. While our records show both email and phone communications with you, it was clearly not sufficient. It was our understanding after our 7/29/24 communication, that you wanted to cancel the survey on your job however when we found out yesterday that you intended to cancel the entire project, a refund of your deposit was issued. However, since you have filed a chargeback with your credit card company, we will cancel the refund. Honestly, they have done a terrible job. The fence posts were installed in a way that damaged my property and then the remainder of the fence was installed on a rainy day and they thought dragging the fencing through my yard was the appropriate way to transport it. They ripped up chunks of grass and mud which is very clear on a white fence and by the drag marks through the yard. I would not recommend.S & W Fence
