"This is the worst company to do business withFrom their customer service department to their affiliates I had requested a condo questionnaire, budget and building financials on behalf of my client to verify if the building located in Miami, Florida under the HOA name of Coral Way Gardens Association and after paying $710.00 to obtain this information, we still have to wait 30 business days to obtain the information requested To top it off of you decide to follow up on the status of the request, Carolina the person answering the phone is the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person, she pretty much eat you through your he phone and she doesn’t get the job doneI also asked to speak with her manager but she refused to transfer the call to her managerI am asking the BBB to please look into this ASAP, it’s impossible to think that completing a condo questionnaire, providing a budget and building financial for an standard service a client have to pay $710." ...
