    Would not recommend to anyone. I bought the lifetime support package with a tuner. Iv had a check engine light for a code that GM put a bulletin out for and said my truck does not even have the sensor that the code is for. so basically they gave me a bad tune. I understand mistakes are made. I emailed them and i was told after 2 weeks of back and forth, they could fix the code for $200. so i purchased the "Lifetime support package" for them to still charge me for there mess ups. I want to make this very clear for everyone.... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

    I had an issue with my tune and I called expecting to wait a few days to hear back. Mike spent almost 3 hours in total with me helping me fix the issues I was having loading my tune. Absolutely amazing customer service. I seriously appreciate it.

    On the website they advertise flo pro exhaust so when you order you assume your ordering A flo pro exhaust but that’s not the case at all. They send out no name exhaust and who knows the quality. I RECEIVED MY EXHAUST TODAY AND AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. FIRST OFF, THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERING. THE EXHAUST, NOR PACKAGING, DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT BRAND WAS PURCHASED WHICH COULD INDICATE I WAS SENT THE INCORRECT BRAND. IN ADDITION TO THIS THERE ARE NUMEROUS PIECES MISSING SUCH AS NUT AND BOLTS, PIECES TO THE EXHAUST CLAMPS, AND THE BOLTS TO THE FLANGE WERE ALSO MISSING. PEICES OF THE EXHAUST WERE BENT AND MANGLED. AND I WAS ALSO RECEIVED A SINGLE 4 INCH CLAMP WHEN I ORDERED A 5 INCH EXHAUST. FOR AN ITEM THAT IS SO COSTLY, I WOULD HAVE ASSUMED IT WOULD CONTAIN ALL ITS PARTS.

    Horrible customer service. Parts missing from order leaving truck not drivable for over a month. Mike is a joke and unprofessional. Took nearly 3 months to give a refund on returned part. Will never buy from this business again.
