The two organizations consolidated as Mosaic in 2003, and Omaha is the national headquarters. This organization has programs in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Connecticut, and Delaware. It partners internationally with non-governmental organizations in Romania and Tanzania.
