  Cindy is an incredible instructor. She meets each student at their level and makes sure everyone understands every detail. There is also a lot of hands on learning to insure every learns. I've have never had such a positive experience like this before. I highly recommend for everyone.

  Cindy was an amazing instructor who really knew her stuff! She answered all my questions and taught me how to effectively perform high-quality CPR and use the AED machine. I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend her class to everyone!!

  Cindy is a well versed and skilled firearms instructor. Each time we meet, the first thing we do is review proper and safe handling of the firearm and the five points of gun safety before practice. The lessons are multifaceted, building on previous skills and introducing new technique, as well as how to handle mechanical issues. Cindy does not let anything slide. This is difficult for me, because I want perfection, but her concern is not perfection?she is focused on awareness and ensuring safe movement and decisions are always made with care.Range practice is also a time where I am intentional about my own presence?not only for safety, but also in connecting my body to the ground (stance), and focus that requires all the other noise in my head to quiet. There is a release of all the words and energy from the chaos of the day to move through me and be redirected towards the target. I leave each lesson feeling more calm internally and more capable of handling my firearm safely and with confidence.

  Great class with good knowledge. As a healthcare provider I learned a few new things I did not know about the topic. Also, an energetic teacher. Highly recommend.
