Everything Briana L. said in her review was accurate, except now Briana works for her and they are both terrible. I was hired before Briana and was offered the job of manager not knowing Tresor already had one that she kept sending out on their filed so she could not do the management part of her job effectively. Once Briana started to work for Tresor again, she was so aggressive and confrontational that between Tresor and Briana there was no way to continue working there. I was sent out to do visitations even though I was hired as an office assistant (for medical reasons) and had zero training to do visitation, so to do the visitations were scary and awkward. She tried to push me to take on more clients despite telling her I did not want to and trying to compromise to be a team player. Both Briana and Tresor bully the women working there, expecting us to take a level of personal aggression professionally, which I was not going to do. I had to tell them I will not be bullied verbally or electronically after watching them berate my manager in front of me and trying to berate me as well. They record meetings and what you say and are highly manipulative. I eventually left because I am a 100% disabled veteran with a chronic illness and within a month of working there my health declined. The women I started with were hard working, used their own resources for the job, and went above and beyond to please Tresor and all she did was demand more. Tresor will work with you to get you on board, but then will treat you as if the job is leverage she can hold over you. I did not need to work as a veteran, I just wanted to do some good. The women who hired me, Teresa, was the reason I wanted to work for the company and she was gone by the time I started. Two girls quit within a month of me starting. I could see I was on a sinking ship and still wanted to help until it became a determent to my health and legal freedom.

The owner contacted me to help her start this business in which I agreed. We had discussed compensation with our first conversation and it has been discussed numerous times throughout our time together. However, she did not do any research as to what is needed to start this business, therefore leaving all of the duties to me. I researched and completed HR and administrative duties, I completed brochures, trainings, policies, and procedures, just about everything needed for this company to get up and running. Meanwhile, I was not only working a full-time job but also caring for my family at home and working on this business Again countless hours was spent working on this business and getting it up and running. The work relationship started getting really sticky when I placed boundaries and told her that she needed to do more work than I was putting in because it is her business. She will try to manipulate you into thinking it’s your business as well and bribe you with what send like a decent salary. When I took a step back on all of the duties and leaving some of them for her to do is when she started saying that she was not gonna pay me and that she would find somebody else to do the work and, not pay me for the work that I put in. Please be careful when thinking about working for this company because she will try to get over on you anyway she can. Make sure to keep all forms of documents and any conversations that you have with her.
