    This place is so horrible now. It was a really good childcare. They had great staff and a better director. Now it's horrible they do not care about anything. The communication is horrible and the owner and director lie so much it's ridicules. They are always short staff and out of racial. They do not let the whole building know when someone has gotten sick with Covid are hands and foot virus. The owner is never there to witness anything. The director is always on vacation like she really be doing something positive for the daycare. The staff they have now is all new and don't know anything. The building and vehicles has been vandalized numbers of times. They do not ensure safety for the kids. I highly do not recommend this child care center. They let them kids do whatever inappropriate things. I walked in there multiple times and other kids were behaving inappropriate with other kids and no staff was around. And the baby area oh u better pray they have enough staff to ensure your baby safety. They do not pay attention to nothing the kids are doing and saying and communication is horrible. Also my baby got bit by another baby who has a problem with hitting and I go pick my child up and her arm is swollen and has a bite mark. No one called to inform me. And when I got there no one was able to explain what happened how it happened and what are they gonna do to prevent it from happening again and the director she was blowing me off laughing and being really unprofessional so I called the state on them and they got written up on a few things and then they kick my kids out because they are unprofessional. Smart start was a good place until Ms.Owner became owner and Ms.director. They need to get rid of all the staff and head people in there and get more qualified people that is actually there to help and ensure safety.
