DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Jordan is a GM that does not do as discussed or planned. He has a horrible, inexperienced crew that has no idea what they are doing. Hes crew will destroy your home. Jordan's excuse for his crews workmanship is that they didnt listen to him and do as he told them to. They did as they pleased because they thought they knew better. Um, great GM skills. The owner Cindy is even worse! She is unprofessional. She lacks communication skills and is rude and condescending. She told me my floors were cheap, called me crazy, and told me I should be thankful because she was doing me a favor. This company destroyed the floors to my 100 year old bricked tutor. In addition to destroying my floors, they overloaded my outlets by daisy chaining their equipment back to back, plugging several fans and humidifiers into one outlet which was careless and unsafe. I had to take them to small claims court. Even though they lied under oath, I won a small settlement to reinstall the floors they carelessly damaged. But it was never about the money for me. It was about them doing the right thing and they FAILED! Run far far away from this company and tell all your friends to do the same. You will regret it if you don't. Trust me.

      Lisa,

      Thank you for your feedback.

You had 2 companies at your home prior to our arrival. You were adamant the flooring not be pulled up, we advised you as to how we could dry the floor with no guarantees, and you agreed.
      .
There is absolutely no way to get the water out from under the LPV on concrete dry without pulling up some of the flooring The other companies told you this also Jordan knew that I had the same issue in my home and we were able to dry it with no problems,

Your water loss happened on 8/30/23, we pulled our equipment on 9/5/23. You called our office on 9/6/23 and paid your bill. At this point, there was nothing to indicate to me that you were unhappy. You even told me the guys did a GREAT job.

The following week after receiving a phone call from your insurance agent telling me that you were upset, I reached out to you and set up an appointment to meet you at your home. Our first appointment you cancelled however I met with you on 9/15/23 for 2 hours, when I left that afternoon I told you that on Monday I would call Menards and see if we could find some of the flooring. While I was at your home that afternoon, I was very perplexed at the way my team had left your flooring because that is not how we do business. Upon returning back to my office I look at our before and after pictures and the flooring was different then they way I found it upon arrival at your home. You swore to me that the flooring was exactly how my team had left it.
I took a piece of your flooring and on Monday like I said I would I called several places (Menards, Pelican flooring) to see if they could help us find the flooring to match what was pulled up. That process took over a week. During this time I also received a phone call from your brother whom lives in the Dakota's and who does flooring. We discussed your flooring and the availability of it and I asked him if he had taken up any of the flooring and he admitted to me that he had. (This answers my question as to how my team left your flooring) They did not it was your brother tearing up a few planks to see how easy it would be to put back.

As far as communication, I did what I said I would do and I also communicated to you. The process didn't go as fast as you wanted it to go and for that, I can only apologize. When I have to rely on subs or other companies, I am literally at their mercy for the information
I received text messages from you at all hours of the day and night (3 a.m.) and I responded to them even the 3 a.m. one.

You had your basement completely remodeled on 9/29/23, and then sent me a text demanding payment or you would take us to small claims court. You even sent me your Venmo account number via a text message. At the time I was out of the country which I had indicated to you.

Our small claims court date was 11/14/23, you were requesting I pay for the remodel $2300 and some change and refund you the $1900 and some change. For our guys drying your flooring and walls.
You told your side of the story, we told our side of the story. You then asked the judge if you could comment, you backpedaled on several points from your original story.
The judge found in your favor the amount of $300.00 which is the money that I originally said I would pay to have the floor relayed (even though this was a self-pay, you left the water running outside to go pick some tomatoes in your neighbor's yard, then went in your home cleaned said tomatoes and then made yourself a sandwich. Leaving the hose on the entire time causing this loss)

I have apologized to you for being so unhappy, but I really don't think there is anything that myself or my company could have done in this situation to make you happy

Upon leaving the courtroom you threatened me and said that you would leave bad reviews and tell anyone who would listen. Just like you threatened me about paying your bill or you would file small claims court.

Lisa, we have been in business for 20 years and we have some amazing stories to tell and some amazing reviews. You don't stay in business that long acting as you have described above.
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
