It is our goal to make sure that every customer leaves brakes pluswith a positive experience. If you have a concern regarding yourexperience at brakes plus immediately contact the Manager / Partner ofthat store. Stores are staffed with a Manager / Partner that has theauthority to resolve the situation for the customer. The Manager /Partner will make every reasonable effort to make the situation rightfor the customer.
If you are having a problem with the vehicles operation, please callthe Manager / Partner of the store where the repairs were done. TheManager / Partner will do everything possible to schedule the vehiclewithin 24 hours or sooner. If an emergency should occur while you aretraveling, please call any brakes plus to help you find the nearestbrakes plus location.
If the Manager / Partner is unable to resolve the situation to yoursatisfaction, then you should contact the brakes plus corporate helpcenter at 303-221-8600 ext. 424. Your call will be returned by acorporate representative within 24 business hours.
