  Mark did an excellent job detailing our Jeep. It looked better than new. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product before leaving. We would highly recommend him for your detailing needs.

  Charged $250 for a complete detail in which I paid for in advance. After looking over car when I got home I noticed lots of things that were missed and I shared pictures with the "boss". I explained I would just prefer a partial refund because I believe it should've been done right the first time. Mike gave me the runaround and made me believe they would refund me. I go to the shop and he's not there and the worker there said he would be back. I left and Mike called me and I explained multiple times I did not want them fixing the missed spots, I would just like to pay for what I received which I believe was less than $250 worth of detail work. Mike told me he talked to the president and Vice President of Recon Techs and they backed him on his work so he wouldn't give me their numbers to express my displeasure. Throughout the phone call he again made it seem like he would refund me then when I wouldn't give in to just letting them "fix the problems" he said he doesn't refund on manual labor. He blames the misses on "human error" and having an "off day". He claimed they spent 4.5 hours on the car when in fact I dropped off at 8am and I received a call at 10:45am saying it was done.

  When you called back and said these things I apologized and offered to fix the things you found.
  You said " I just won't a refund"
  
  Also when you arrived I noticed your heads lights where oxidized, offered to clean them up for 40$ each you said money was an issue.
  You said no thank you,
  
  I asked if you had military in your family you said yes , so we did them in respect to your family service. No charge.
  
  When you picked you vehicle you where in awe of how amazing it looked.
  
  Then this happened!!!!!!
  
  We tried to fix these and you said no!!!
  Sorry for being human and also I am very proud of serving 20 plus years in the USAF.

  Would gladly pay for your gas if would of came back and let us take care of our mistakes. You came back only with the intension of a refund , Only thing you wanted was a refund!
