    Bought a set of two 15 inch subwoofers with the box and they were shipped separately but the box it’s broken/cracked around the hole that the speaker sits in so the box is completely unusable. I messaged the seller and all they want to do is offer me a $65 credit but I spent about $400 total on the subs and the box

    Less than helpful. Received partial ordered. Contacted. Still didn’t receive order. They state fed ex delivered order. I still do not have. They will not refund or replace the order. Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service.

    I ordered and returned an item from this company. They supplied me with a return shipping label for UPS. Got notification that my money for product was refunded. I then received a bill from UPS. when I contacted them on their “free” return shipping they responded that they only refund shipping if it is sent FedEx??

    This company is a scam. Do NOT purchase from this seller. The reviews don’t lie. I purchased a humidifier from this seller. They sent a USED humidifier. I returned it and they charged me a ‘restocking fee’ because it was used. They SENT it used! I was issued a refund of HALF of what I paid for it. Avoid purchasing from this seller PLEASE. I am willing to bet that they will send the same humidifier to another person and keep charging restocking fees. They are making restocking fees while repeatedly selling the same humidifier. Again, AVOID.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from this seller. The blow-up mattress started leaking after just a year of light use, becoming completely unusable. When I contacted customer service for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to offer any assistance since the warranty had expired. A product at this price point should last much longer, and a reputable seller should stand behind what they sell.

    I’m leaving this review here because I attempted to leave feedback about the seller directly on the walmart’s website but kept receiving a “we can’t verify you purchased from this seller” message, despite having bought the product there.

    Terrible company! After they sent me the wrong colored bike electric bike, we tried to return it. Even though Spreetail agreed they had the wrong description and agreed it was thier fault, I struggled to get anywhere with them. Finally after a bunch of emails they agreed to pay for shipping the product back. We shipped it back a couple days ago and received an email today saying it was not in new condition anymore!! We didn’t even pull it out of the original packaging, we opened the box and realized it was red and not tan so there was no need to pull it out. After investigating a little more, Soreetail emailed me that bad news at 2:50 pm.. so I checked the tracking and they didn’t receive the package until about 5:30 pm, this is so wrong in so many ways.. they lied so they could charge me a re-stocking fee and only give me back $48 of the almost $600 we spent with them!!!

    I’d give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely no care for the end user. I was sent many fans without manuals - meaning they are clearly returned items. The ground cable was broken on one of my fans and they closed the return window in less than a month. Big shocker.. It’s businesses like these that need to be shut down for good because they don’t understand basic business etiquette or customer care. Hope they go out of business.

    We bought pool through Walmart app; it clearly says "free 30-day return" on the same page where the pool is advertised (I have a snapshot of the page); no link to details or exceptions. When I asked them to return it, they said I have to pay the shipping fees! Unfortunately, Walmart also said it is up to this company to provide full free return or not, and unfortunately, they did not! The product add is very misleading! It should be clearly stated that if I return the item I should pay for the shipping, especially if the cost is above $270!! I do not like returning items at all and I have done it only infrequently, and every single time I had to do, I never payed for the return shipping. I will never buy from this company again.

    They don't deserve ONE star! Poor customer service. Grilling station was cheap looking. Ordered two, wanted to return one (already had the one set up). We received emails daily always apologizing for our inconvenience! Take care of the customer. One was delivered the day before the other. Apparently we were out one day of the 30 return date. But were we???? What an embarrassment to be working for this company. And shame of Walmart for working with you as well. I was really never a Walmart fan......but this has put me into the category of never again!

    Spreetail claims to be an expert in shipping large and bulky items. They could not even ship a small pressure washer. What a joke of a company. Stay away.

    I was under the impression that I ordered from Walmart. The box arrived. It was damaged and soaked in gasoline and oil. The box was not the original box from the manufacturer. The pressure washer was improperly packaged and in no way protected. It was just thrown I to a cardboard box.

    I would have overlooked the scratches. Unfortunately, the gas tank was completely cracked and would not hold gas. It was likely damaged in transit due to the lack of protection. This company is supposed to be an expert in shipping.

    I called to complain and exchange the pressure washer for one that works. What a horrible experience. They expected me to repackage the pressure washer in the oil soaked box and drive it to FedEx. I tried to schedule a pickup and FedEx informed me that the tracking number they provided was invalid. It took 3 hours for a replacement label.

    I was finally able to start a return through Walmart. There process was much easier. Spreetail instructed that it will take 3 to 5 days after they receive their product before they can issue a refund. I will be disputing this through my credit card company if I do not receive my refund by the end of next week.

    Horrible company. They should not be in business.
