    "In response to my Lincoln Kia store review - we took the car 2 hours away - it was diagnosed and fixed the same day - thankfully Kia of Grand Island takes care of new car warranty customers - how is it possible the Lincoln Kia store has an A+ rating - every review is negative - seems changes are needed - possibly offering evening and Saturday hours to customers would help - very very thankful to Kia GI for excellent customer service"

    "Kia of Lincoln Respone: “ Vehicle had and still has active and history faults stored in the computer causing multiple warning lights being on, and we can provide time stamped documents from Kia's software showing these faults stored in computer at the time the vehicle was dropped off by the customer confirming these issues were in fact present. Unfortunately this vehicle has damage to the electrical wiring system, and warning lights will continue to come on and the vehicle will not operate as designed until this is repaired correctly." ...     "Brought my 2015 Kia Rio, basic of the basic lower term models with only 53,000 miles brought in for a leak the first time round they had said that it was a wiring harness issue, but we already knew about about that because my grandfather is a autumn mechanic and is also certified and transmissions, they said that they didn’t find after I had hit something in the road and that’s the reason why I brought it in. Then had to bring it in a second time because there was still oil substance found in the engine." ... Read full review
