Hired movers for 10-12. They showed up early, entered my house at 9:40. I have proof. Company billed me for 3 hours because THEY showed up early. We even told the movers to leave at noon because we couldn’t afford another hour. Movers assured us we would on get billed for 2 hours. Movers were there 9:40 to 12:00. Billed for 3 hours. Very sneaky and sly. They also dinged one of our walls with a dresser. The owner has no integrity and is extremely rude. Would not recommend to anyone.T Square Movers

Hello- as stated on the phone and every other place you reviewed- we arrived and started at 936am and left at noon. That means the job went into a 3rd hour and per our signed contract, you were billed accordingly. That has nothing to do with integrity. You were billed for no more no less.Review fromTina K

I love T Square! All of my dealings with the company and the movers in the past times they’ve done work for us have been positive and the guys go above and beyond to help out. If anybody in the Lincoln or surrounding areas looking for a mover, I would highly suggest “Not hiring” this company. Because, of an issue we are having with Justin and Ashley . We had our hardwood floors refinished, and when two young kids moved the furniture in, and they set it down to move it and put a lengthy gouge ( picture below)down to the raw wood, and other fine light scratches to.Justin and Ashley came out on a Monday to look at the floor ,and the way he was going to fix it was to fill it full of wood putty and say good .Justin and Ashley preceded to say, that they didn’t put the fine scratches in . Pretty much saying the home owner did.You can clearly follow the scratches to the furniture that they moved in.They offered us pocket change, which isn’t even close to fixing or refinishing that floor or room. Ashley pretty much said, if we don’t take the offer, that Justin and her would be gladly go to court over this. Why would Ashley tell a customer that. Very Unprofessional. The smart thing for Justin and Ashley to do is to gladly fix the issue and turn it in on their insurance. Isn’t that why companies carry insurance, Justin and Ashley do a lot of switching and twisting and lying with their stories to make it fall back on the customer. The guys that moved the furniture in ,were very unprofessional did not listen to what the homeowner wanted them to do, and just kept working, and didn’t care or acknowledge the home owner.Long story short “Beware “of this moving company, T square movers!! I needed a labor only moving company to pack up and load my things for a long distance move. I'm so happy I found this company. They were very helpful and professional from start to finish. After filling out a small questionnaire I was given an accurate quote for all the services I needed and there were no hidden costs. The movers were very pleasant and professional. T square movers saved me with last minute packing because I wasn't ready. They made everything possible with our move. The team delivered everything on time as planned and in perfect condition. An emergency came up the day before we were to move. The owner refused to reschedule due to a 72 hour "policy". Although, I tried to explain, the owner raised her voice (she was talking over me), was unprofessional and was absolute in her decision that I was to lose my $248 if I did not use the movers the following day. I understand this company's commitments to their employees but when your client is disabled, and an emergency arises, the company is responsible for accommodating the disability which includes providing and/or adjusting a product.T Square Movers

We have spoken extensively with and to this person about this. Here are the facts, without emotions.
1. Customer booked a job for 8/5/22. We take a 2 hr non refundable deposit that goes towards said move. This is done because we guarantee the work to our employees on said date/time prearranged with customer upon booking. This also allows the customer real estate on our schedule that disallows other customers to take at that point.
2. We have a policy that no rescheduling can be done 72 hours before a move- we do this because we do guarantee those hours with our employees and it also is difficult to backfill that space after 72 hours.
3. Upon booking, customer never disclosed she has a disability. Actually, it wasnt even brought up the first time we spoke the day before the move. Customer said her apartment fell through. We assured her of our policy and that we are still ready to do a move for her on 8/5. Customer hung up on me, but called right back and said the move is still on. Later that day i contacted the customer again to make sure the same addresses were being used. Customer indicated it would be a load only at this point. We ended the day with every intention of doing her move on 8/5. Next day (8/5), customer had written an email saying to cancel the move altogether and they didnt want to do business with us, called us names etc. we proceeded to remove the customer from our schedule and since the customer had been informed several times about the non refundable deposit, we moved on. It was after the customer canceled the job that day, (3 hours after the original move was scheduled) i received a text saying that i needed to accommodate her disability. I never responded to said customer, other than on a review she left saying the same thing elsewhere. We were never informed of a disability & customer had already canceled her job regardless. Insinuating that our company is deliberately not helping a disabled person is just not factual whatsoever. This woman has an emotionally charged complaint. She changed her story 3+ times over the course of this incident.
As stated before to said customer, we are sorry that her situation is whatever it is, but we have our policies in place to safeguard our business and employees well being, and they have worked with every other customer. We plan to continue to provide excellent service on all jobs going forward.Melissa R

I, in no way, called anyone names and the business owner was aware of my disabilities.
The booking was made over the phone and I was not notified that by paying the full amount that it was considered a "deposit" not notified there was a 72 hour notice.
I did call to cancel due to my disability and the business owner stated there was a 72 hour cancellation policy. I stated that I was unaware of the policy. The business owner stated it was in the estimate. I told her I did not receive an estimate as I booked and paid for it during lunch at a restaurant. I attempted to explain the situation and she spoke over me during the call.
My hope is for us to come to a resolution that assures my disabilities are accommodated and that my move can be rescheduled without the business owner wanting another $248. I would by all means pay the wages given to the two employees on August 5, 2022.
