    I have been with Internet Nebraska many years, using DSL. When Allo developed the fiber optic system in Lincoln, Internet Nebraska sent a notice that it would no longer support DSL and advised moving to Allo, with whom it was partnering. However I was told I could continue to use my email with inebraska.com. I have done that and it went well until November, 2022. Suddenly I could still receive emails but emails that I sent were returned because inebraska.com was not recognized as a reputable carrier. Like other folks, I have tried to call and to send emails, with no response from Internet Nebraska. It would have been so easy for Internet Nebraska to put on its webpage, or to send out a general email notice, that they were discontinuing service.

    We have been with this company for over twenty years; in the beginning, Internet Nebraska was excellent and had great customer service. As others have mentioned, this company now doesn't respond to emails about service going out or any issues. It's disappointing, and we are now in search of another internet service provider.
