    I cannot recommend. One of the house cleaners actually swiped an item that was sitting on my counter. She had been here a couple of months so I trusted her. The supervisor came in and made a thorough search for the item but was not recovered. The police made their reports, talked to the cleaner and also with me. This company is still employing this woman, she is not to be trusted, once a thief, always a thief!

    Poor management and ownership, tend to call and notify clients they don't have coverage for your loved one. Last minute they would call and say no coverage for a shift or sometimes for a full weekend. Charges overtime for weekends but don't allow their employees to get overtime even if it means giving their clients the care they were promises. Never recommend...

Over time your mother's needs have changed and as a non-medical in-home care provider, we are limited in some of the services we can offer and at times the amount of services we can offer. This is where we hit some limitations with her care. We offered to help you find an alternate care provider that we could partner with to ensure that all of her needs were met, but understood when this wasn’t your choice. We wish you and your mother only the best.
