  Very thorough and professional. We are using home warranty which can be a nightmare, but they have been great to work with even though home warranty has give them the run around as well. I appreciate their patience and kindness.

  Tobiah came out twice to diagnose our hvac system, both times the said they couldn’t find a problem, even though we told them that it will cool for a short time, then quits and won’t cool at all. When we called a third time. they put us at the bottom of the list (over a month out) It’s already been well over a month without air and the temps been in the 90’s and hit 100 yesterday. Our home warranty finally let us find our own company. Capital came out diagnosed and fixed it in less than an hour. The fix was only $90…. Sincerely, Dissatisfied, customer

  The two times we came out, your system was cooling great before and after we left. Pressures were checked, Airflow was checked, Electrical was checked and confirmed by an Electrician and and an electronic leak check was performed and your filter checked. What was the "fix"? If it cost you $90, you will be calling Capital again and soon you will give them an uninformed negative review on the BBB. There is something else going on.

  We told the contractor both times when he was out, that it would work for awhile then quit blowing cool air, so we would shut it off and only use the fan. After awhile it would blow cool air again. All he said to us is, “ well, it’s working now, call back if it quits.’ I told him that it would quit again and he said was it’s working now. We called that night and received a message that you would be back July 17. Over a month away. The temps were in the 90’s we left a ton of messages and you didn’t respond until I threatened to file a complaint. Our home warranty finally let us call someone else since we had already bean without air for a month. Capital air came out, diagnosed it and fixed the issue for under $100 and it’s still running….
