      Our water heater started leaking. Yesterday I called John Henry's and a tech was there in an hour. He explained choices to me. Within 90 minutes, he was done and ready to leave. I had a technical question a day later Not an emergency) and the same tech called me back within an hour of my calling the JH office. The price fit the range of my expectations.

      That is very conscientious and thorough. The work he does is exemplary! We are always looking forward to having him come to our house because we feel he is very honest and is also very easy to talk with. He explains everything before he begins his work.
