I scheduled an appointment and they said it would be 2 weeks out. I called in 2 weeks and they said sorry, we forgot to schedule you. It'll be 2 more weeks. Then after 6hrs labor tume and a $260 part, it turned into a $1900 bill and they didn't fix my problem. So I left it to get fixed. After 2 more weeks when they said my car would be done, they called to inform me they forgot to order my parts and it would be a few more days. When I finally picked up my car, I noticed on my way home my window visor was missing. Soon as I got home I walked around my car to see my spoiler was halfway ripped off and my paint was scratched. I sent them pictures and they said to send links and that they would replace my parts. I have the texts and pictures to prove it. Time stamps are on the pictures and witnesses that my car went in one way and came home damaged. I estimated $1250 in damages and then I asked for $1000 and what they thought about it. The owner said I'm lying, and that this didn't happen at his shop and he's not paying for anything. He was already aware of my complaint as I called them right away 6/8/23. They made a claim that someone went through their parking lot and ripped parts off other people's cars. And they said they would replace my parts. After the weekend passed they say it didn't happen there and they won't be fixing anything. I just spent $3500 to fix my car and it comes back with $1250 in damages. It's not fair and I don't know what to do about it. It has been a horrible experience

This vehicle was scheduled for a self-diagnosed issue with cam sensor codes on 5/11/2023. We tried several times for you to allow us to diagnose this issue as cam sensor codes on a VW almost always indicate timing chain faults. We were told to replace the parts requested and if that didn't fix the issue, we would then diagnose the vehicle. We were in contact with you via text on 5/12/2023 to discuss with you that the parts we replaced did not fix the issue and at that time you gave us authorization to diagnose the vehicle. On 5/17/2023 we were in contact with you via text to discuss what we had decided what we felt was wrong with your vehicle, timing chains. Yes it took us 3 weeks to get the vehicle back into the shop and we very much apologize for the delay, however we are a small 2 tech shop and it is very hard to get 3 days free to get the job done your vehicle needed. On Friday, 6/2/2023 we were able to get your vehicle in and apart to determine what the actual failure was. We ordered parts for the following week but unfortunately our local VW dealer had an issue with delivery trucks so we were a day behind and finished up your vehicle on Wednesday 6/7/2023. We have text messages as well as recorded phone calls to back up the sequence of events that I have described above. As far as the damage that is claimed to have happened at our facility. We had told you that we had an issue with someone coming through our lot and took a pair of window guards off a vehicle. You told us that you had determined the damage to your vehicle was caused by a touchless carwash. For us that was relieving as we have never taken a customer vehicle through a car wash and really didn't want any of our customer cars to get damaged. Despite you stating several times that you didn't want an insurance company involved and just wanted a cash settlement, we went ahead and filed a claim with our insurance company and they should have been in contact by now. We are greatly sorry if this damage did happen on our property and our insurance company will make that right if it did.
