"Went in at opening time to get r/f wheel bearing replaced and wheel alignment had to wait as people came in in front of me and new customers get ahead of me in line and when they were slow I watched the mechanics sit around while my car was in the air also knowing that my car was broke down and I could take it no wear else as well as the front desk clerks laughing at the situation to each other when I finally ask how long it would be they said after the lady In front of me and when they got to it it only took minutes only because after I paid $834.11 none of the work was done including the alignment my car still made the same noise they said they would fix and the alignment wasn't done." ...
