      The technician was on time. He was very professional and friendly. He informed me within 5 minutes that there was not a problem with my A/C and that it was the type of filter I was using which was a Merv 13 for allergies. He informed me the high Merv rating (13) was causing too much restriction of air flow and causing my A/C to work harder and run all the time to keep the house cool. He suggested to use a filter with a lower Merv rating to see if that would fix the issue. I purchased the filter from the tech and that was all that I got charged for! It fixed the problem I was having with the A/C running non-stop causing a very high electric bill! Thank you Getzschman Heating and A/C! It was a great experience!
