There prices is all over the board. I had this company as my trash pick up at home, 56.00 a month, a elder lady next door was 99.99 a month, we both drop this company. I work for a school we have two buildings, one has a 1.5 yard waste container for 276.60 a month, and one school has 5 yards waste containers at 272.68 a month. Tried calling several times, but know answer as to why the difference. Tried to cancel service said I was in a Contract, I would have to pay until contract runs out. Poor business.

    Shelly,

Thank you for reaching out regarding your commercial accounts and residential account. The price you are paying for service factors in a number of things. The date you started service, the promotional rate or regular rate you received, if you increase or decrease your service level, the length of the service agreement (contract) and price increase % done each year. Example - a customer starts service in 2016 for the current rate of x amount of dollars. We do a price increase across the board to all customers to off set the ever increasing cost of doing business. A new customer sets up service in 2018 with a promotional rate for 1 year (which is lower than what the customer is paying who started in 2016. We do a price increase across the board the following year to off set the increasing cost of doing business. These customers rates will be different and will never be the same unless they started at the exact same time at the same rate. We can not do a price increase of 65% on the customer who stared with a promotional rate just to catch up the the customer who started in 2016 and only receives a 12% increase. This would be bad business practices. Also commercial business accounts all have service agreements / contracts in place for services. This is a standard business practice. Our sales representative, Melanie, offered to work out a deal on your commercial school accounts to help with the cost of services. You declined the offer. Your service agreement (contract) is up on 3/1/2024 and instead of having to send a certified letter to cancel not more than 90 days prior to that date, Melanie, has agreed to take your verbal cancellation at the contract end date. I would be happy to go over any of this information with you and I can be reached at ************.  If you would like to go back and discuss rates / services, Melanie, would be happy to assist you with that as well. I apologize if you feel that we have not explained your services as there are many factors that go into pricing and service level. I will make sure to note the accounts and look forward to speaking with you anytime.

    Kindest Regards

    Lindsay Harry
