  After a series of unfortunate events, and the use of multiple restoration companies, I can honestly say I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Restoration. Everyone we worked with was professional, respectful and honest. They responded very quickly to our flood late on a Friday night. Mitigation was timely to keep damage to a minimum. We had just finished 85% of our restoration in the same area with a different local company. Needless to say we were heartbroken to have to have all our brand new flooring pulled back up, and holes punched in the newly finished walls. These guys were so careful with removing each piece of flooring that we were able to dry it out and have the majority of it used for reinstall. They were also cognizant of where they punched the holes so they would easily be covered by trim. Every time they were coming to our home they would call us to let us know, even though they knew we were not living there at the time, and they would leave us with their personal number for questions or concerns. This meant the world to us as we previously were made to feel as if we no longer owned the home once the previous company put their padlock on the door. Billing was simple, straightforward and honest. Whenever we had questions about an item they were willing to discuss it and knowledgeable in their explanation. Again, night and day from past experience. We hope to never need a restoration company again, but if we do, we will be calling Midwest without a doubt.

  I signed with Midwest restorations in January and did not think it would be done until spring or even summer. They got it done by the end of February and came out every nice day we had in the winter to get it done. I am very happy with the work and my roof and siding look great.

  Gave them a deposit of over $2000 to complete stucco work over a year and a half ago, never showed up to do the work and have not refunded our money. Took them to small claims court, he didn't show up so we won the case. He had 30 days to dispute, never heard back won't return calls from us or our attorney.

  On 9/15/21, two people from Midwest Restorations came to evaluate roof damage from a storm. Our damage was minor, they said they would fix it for $400 and asked for $200 deposit. We gave them a check for $200. I started calling them on 10/13/21, Between 10/13/21 and 11/25/21 I called a total of 13 times. They said they would tell the boss or the boss would get back to me. I was asking for a date when they could come to do the work they said they would do. I never did receive a return call and no one showed up to do the work. Since they did not do the work they had contracted to do for us, I would like to receive our deposit of $200 back.
