    Communication is not a word understood by ECS. I have left messages for 2 days now with no return calls. I am paying for services that are being ignored. This company in my opinion Does Not care about customer service.

    Horrible communication. If you tell your customers that your computer is to be done by Saturday. Have it done. If it delayed then call your customer and tell them. Don’t tell them it will be done by Monday then…. Not call them telling them it’s not done again. Had to call them on Thursday. By Saturday you have an angry customer and Still not ready. The part still hasn’t came in. Can’t tell me when it will be in. Acted like I wasn’t being patient. You still couldn’t tell me when the part will come in and when it will be done. Like I would believe them. Elkhorn computers use to be our go to computer place. The company changed and everything good about them did too.
