The 30-day return policy applies once the items is received. Jockszone.com assesses a restocking fee of 5% for all items. If an item is returned to Jockszone.com without a RA number then the restocking fee will be 15%. All Jockszone.com returns must be returned within 30 calendar days from arrival date. All items returned past 30 days will have a restocking fee of 15% and Jockszone.com in store credit will be issued.

Freight Paid at Time of Purchase. You may return item(s) to Jockszone.com (see dates above) for a refund of the product purchase price minus restocking fee for returned item(s) (see above).
Shipping NOT Paid at Time of Purchase. You may return item(s) to Jockszone.com (see dates above). Item(s) shipped for free will be assessed shipping and handling. If any item(s) was shipped for free, the credit will be item(s) initial billing cost minus the actual shipping and handling and restocking fee for returned item(s) (see above).
Shipping on Refused Shipments. Any item that is refused at delivery will be accessed the original shipping cost (see above) plus return freight that is billed by UPS or USPS plus 3% of the item(s) total price plus the normal restocking fee (see above). - Business Categories
