    I attempted to get an estimate for window replacement from Mike Benson, Door and Window Solutions. This was related to a real estate transaction that was time sensitive and required negotiating a resolution. I met with him and was told he would get back to me within 24 hours. Two weeks later still no response following repeated attempts to talk to him about the status of the bid. Completely left my clients high and dry. Very frustrating and unacceptable when business owners refuse to answer the phone or respond to a text message. Bad business!!
