    I hired these folks to replace multiple window panes in my personal residence where the double pane seal had been compromised allowing dirt to collect between the panes.
    On their first visit to take measurements, they accidentally broke the balance and pivot shoe cam in one of the windows. They told me they would fix it and they ordered a new part.
    On their second visit, they replaced all the g**** that I requested they replace. They also fixed the window that they accidentally broke on the first visit. After they departed, I discovered that the window immediately next to the window that they fixed had a broken pivot shoe cam. Prior to their visit, this pivot shoe cam was not broken. So I contacted them to let them know this and they told me they ordered a replacement part.
    After they received the replacement part, they visited me a third time and replaced the broken pivot shoe. Now all my windows are back to being 100% functional (with clean g**** this time).
    This company has integrity. They made some mistakes, but fixed them and made everything right again. They did the right thing and earned my trust because of it. All of my interactions with the employees were friendly, professional, and respectful. I would most definitely do business with Galvin G**** again.
