    We recently stayed and had a terrible experience and the manager Christian refused to compensate us and was very rude. We woke up at 3am to our room at 82 degrees when we had the A/C on. After no luck troubleshooting and was told no rooms available we got a box fan but the AC kept blowing HOT air and would not shut off! Needless to say we got little to no sleep and should have just left and drove home. We had our children with us and they were sweating and needed drinks. There were bloodstained bedsheets, dirty floors, and the sink didn't drain to name a few other things. This place needs a review!!!!

    We offered to switch rooms for this guest due to the room being hot and they did not want to move rooms. We offered points in the amount of a free night to him and he did not want that either. None of the other items; sheets, drain or floor were mentioned to anyone until he completed a review of the hotel. Guest was very rude to staff members and did not want any of the remedies offered.
