      Arrow sanitation continues to not pick up our garbage and our garbage keeps piling up. They dont communicate and tell us when they are going to pick it up, and when they do say they are coming, they dont come. Everyone is leaving their garbage out, just for it to be left there and we have to just bring it back inside and let it pile up in our garages. They told me that they were going to refund me for all of the missed pick **** but they have yet to do so. When I reminded them about my refund they said werent worried about giving people their money back right now. Theyve only picked up my garbage twice in the last two months . They keep charging all of us for a service that they are not providing and they refused to give us our money back. I was told via email that they were going to pick up on Mondays so I left my trash out today. It doesnt all fit in the bin and it is just piled up around the trashcan by the curb. They have not come yet again today so this will be the seventh week they have not picked up our trash, but they have still charged us for it. Now I am expected to bring all of this garbage back into my garage and let it continue to pile up for another week and just hope that they come next week.
