    We absolutely love our new custom home built by VanOverschelde Custom Homes. Nick ********************** is not only a great builder, but also a wonderful human being. He is attentive and responsive, not only throughout the building process, but also in the warranty period. As with any new construction, little things can pop up, and **** is excellent about following up. In addition, there is a terrific written warranty provided. Having built several homes during our lifetime, we can state with confidence that VanOverschelde Custom Homes is the very best we have ever worked with. **** listened to our concerns, encouraged our input through the process, and made sure we were in contact with all of his subs, who were also just good people, of high integrity and pleasant all the time. From our first meeting with ****, we were hooked. He really cares about what you want in your home. No matter how many times we reached out to him with questions or concerns, and there were many times, he never once was impatient with us. We had our own designer who incorporated several details into our home and **** made sure she was included in our communications, especially if we were out of town. If we ever build another home, hes our first and only choice.
