      Very unprofessional, and discriminatory, being discriminated against for my minor child who also lives with me. Asked to be moved to another unit and was denied and threatened to be evicted.

      We apologize that you feel that we were being unprofessional and discriminartory, however, we are required to have information on all tenant(s) residing in the unit in case of emergency. Should there be a catastrophic event, such as the entire building catching on fire, we need to be able to account for every person and child that may be in the building. Property Managers are responsible for each and every person and child that resides within our properties and is something that we take very seriously.

      At no time were you advised that you would be evicted, you stated that you wanted out of your lease. You were advised that your lease would not expire until 03/31/2025 and that should you decide to vacate the unit, you would still be legally responsible for the rent payments until 03/31/2025 per the lease you signed. I advised that 30 day notices were to be given on the first of the month and you were more than welcome to submit your 30 day notice on 12/01/2024 with a move out date of 12/31/25, however, this would not negate your responsibility with the remaining terms of your signed lease.
