They are not at all good at what they do. They care none if they brake anythng on your vehicles. They make it harder then ever to get your vehicle back because they makebyou pay the highest of high prices. They file papers sooner then they should and then they want you to pay that fee. They act like its a bother to allow you to get your personal things outa the vehicles. Mind you they want 200 or more. Thats crazy. They have been known to steal vehicles and they damaged my sons truck and lied bout it. This place shouldnt be in business.i cant believe there isnt more complaints here for this company.

On January 17th, 2024, we were called by the *********************** to impound a 2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette that was left abandoned on the sidewalk on ********* and ******************* in *****, **. Following the ** Century Code 23.1-15, we are required to file for abandoned vehicle information request and send registered letters to all owners/lienholders within 10 days of the vehicle being impounded. Paperwork was filed on January 23rd, 2024 (6 days after impounding vehicle), and letters were mailed the next day. The state did not have this customer as being legal owner to the vehicle. The notice stated that the vehicle would legally become property of Ole Olsons Towing on February 28th, 2024 if not paid for and picked up. The customer came out on February 27th, ******** days after vehicle was impounded) to retrieve belongings. They could not provide proof of ownership for the vehicle. It was at that time they stated they did not own the vehicle but had sold the vehicle back in September before it was impounded. I informed them that we cannot legally allow people to remove belongings from a vehicle they do not own, unless authorized by the current owner.
