    Terrible terrible experience!! Absolutely the worst!! Just brought my dog in labor. Not progressing. Once we got there they took her back for an X-ray told me approximately $160 and that they would come out with an update for us right after. We waited for someone to come with the update for 3 hours. At 9pm the doctors came and said she haha one large puppy ( btw puppy is small )in there that she would not be able to pass and was already deseased and that shethat she recommended a c section and getting her fixed which would cost almost 5000$. We asked if we could take her home and follow up with a vet appointment in our area. She agreed to let us take her against medical advice and she would prescribe antibiotics and pain meds. Then we were waiting for them to bring our dog out for another 40 minutes. She came out and said she actually had the puppy on her own its a miracle. we took our dog and the puppy home the puppy was ice cold and deceased. She couldnt have just been born. We got antibiotics she forgot to give us the pain meds and still charged us 500$. This is ridiculous! I have no problem waiting or paying for good care for my animals but this was terrible! Will never go back! Something should have been addressed with her being in labor shortly after we got there but 3 hours later!?!? I have a feeling my dog was put in the back and left there!! Im so disgusted!

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS VET CLINIC AT ALL WHAT SO EVER !!! MY s*** zu who passed away on Monday ,August 29th was in there for 2 - 2 1/2 in a critical care status in which they DID NOT GIVE HIM ANYTHING FOR PAIN MEDICATION , but only gave me excuses as to why they didn't. Even when I spoke to the clinic manager- owner on Thursday , September 1st ...he gave me nothing but excuses when the bottom line is that they neglected to do the 1st and foremost thing needed which was giving him pain medicication asap !!!
