      I would highly recommend not to buy from them. I have had all of my various online orders in a month all be cancelled because the item was "out of stock". All of my orders had confirmed purchase orders. I was told they can't guaranteed the order, yet that same item would go back "in-stock" online 10 hours later from the time of my purchase. You are basically playing a game with a retailer in hope you get what you have purchased.

      1) Was very disappointed with scheels, when they charged me for store-to-store shipping. Being a long time customer, "ship to store" used to always be free. And when I sent them an email, they just quoted me their "rules". That's how they pay me for bringing my business locally, instead of buying cheaper online. Thanks scheels, I won't do that mistake in the future.
      2) I emailed them about their price match promise and guess what - they declined it, even though all conditions were met (authorized dealer, in stock, etc), claiming that the other party has bad reputation at BBB. Well, bad reputation is not on your price match conditions list. Especially, that you are NOT accredited by BBB at all!!! But guess what, now you are gaining bad reputation. Scheels, you earned your 1 star.

      Used Shoes and Bait and Switch? I ordered a pair of ************************* shoes from them. I was is one of their stores on a recent business trip to ****** and left extremely impressed. I tried the shoes on in a store that did not have my exact size, but they seemed extremely comfortable so I ordered the size needed online from them. I received the shoes and noticed one was discolored on the sole from use. I notified customer service and they said without any proof of anything that they must have been tried on in store. I told them that they must have the filthiest floors in the country. They offered me a $10 adjustment which I balked at. They then increased it to $20 after I said no thanks and sent pictures. They also sent a very thin canvas shoe, but they show on line, and the shoe should be in woven wool like I saw in store. There are no more responses from their customer service team after many more emails after I said no to the $20. They also seem to have blocked me from writing a review for the item on their site after I said I would do so because they did not satisfy me. Now I will return them when convenient for me, but the time is hard to find. I guess my time iand business s irrelevant to them. Maybe I should just let my ******************* hat payment?

      My experience with Scheels was very good, they shipped my item very fast. I will definitely buy from them again.
